Our sweet potatoes are grown under a 100% organic production protocol, with pre-certification support from ITRA and UQMS (COFRAC-accredited, ISO/IEC 17025). Formal organic certification is in progress.

Beyond sweet potato, Ipomoea Africa develops fresh ginger as a complementary value chain on its production base.
Ginger will be grown in rotation on our land and will be marketed fresh and semi-processed, subject to technical and commercial validation of the crop cycle.
